With plasma combustion can last longer and through harsher conditions rather than just regular combustion. This could planes soar at higher altitudes. Scientists do not know exactly what reactions and what species of catalysts are starting to form when plasma is introduced to the regular combustion ingredients. To understand these things better scientists are doing experiments and creating computer models. This could really change things i believe.
